It’s no longer a secret...

Updated: Jan 27, 2024

I said it. Suddenly it was no longer a subtle and intimate intention and it became information in motion in the world. Energy in motion.

It was a Sunday at home. I was catching up on the phone with a very dear friend -and an inspiration for me of conscious entrepreneur-. “Dani -I said-...I’m founding my own company”.

Wow… how powerful it felt to say it. And nerve wracking! It was the first time declaring it outloud to someone other than my partner, even though I had been working on it for a while.

Having my own company is a big responsibility in my books, and even though it is not the first time I launch a project of my own, this time feels different.

Different because there are so many things I have learnt from my past experiences, from my mistakes and accomplishments, but especially from what lights my heart on fire.

One of the things I’ve learnt the most about myself in the last bit, is how important and powerful it is to feel like I’m moving through life in integrity.

Integrity and authenticity with my nature -woman, cyclical, sensitive, smart, resourceful, kind-hearted, impactful, free-spirited, communitarian, independent, loving, passionate. Growing, evolving, learning-.

Integrity with the well-being of all my bodies: physical, energetic, mental and emotional.

Integrity with my fundamental values.

I want to have a successful business that helps hundreds of people while providing me with financial sustainability. I long to collaborate in building a reality that works under different dynamics and it is important to me that this is reflected not only through my body of work but that it also permeates to the forms in which the company operates. I am committed to ensure that the values that move me transcend to all layers of operations, communications and services.

I yearn to flourish by focusing my energy where it feels best utilized, making room for those with different gifts to shine and flourish on their own specialties, working in mutual collaboration rather than competition. There is enough for everybody when we decide that we don’t need to try to be anything other than what we are, and rather know and honor our innate talents. I am committed to be as intentional as I can to avoid reproducing dynamics of “your fall is my rise”.

I want the people who choose to work with me to do so because they feel energetically attracted to me, my services and my vision. I want to feel proud of every dollar I make, every value exchanged, every energetic interaction I have. For me, that means complete confidence that I am doing things as intentionally as I can.

Intention does not mean perfection and mistakes are part of the human experience. I believe that there’s always more to learn about humanity and relationships. To me, intentionality means presence, openness, and willingness.

Funding my own business can be of great responsibility, yet it is also a big honor because it will allow me to collaborate, on a much larger scale than until now, in co-authoring a more humane, loving and more conscious culture.

A culture that more than ever needs more examples of businesses built and operated from a logic of honoring and working in favor of the nature of life instead of trying to colonize, standardize and control it.

I intend to build and operate my company the same way I want to live my life: in integrity with my values, being true to my essence, with permission to make mistakes and evolve, and cultivating conscious communication. I want to leave the world in better shape than I found it.

This direction is still full of questions regarding the forms that things may take, but it is clear regarding its foundation:

  1. Clean and authentic energy exchange. I refuse to use sales or marketing strategies that are based on intentional provocations of triggers of pain, fear, guilt, scarcity or oppression. I am opposed to the idea of tearing down the people I work with – our patriarchal culture already does this enough and I don't intend to play the game intentionally. I am committed to using my talents and my energy’s own value, along with creating beneficial services and transparent communication, to reach those who feel called to interact with me.

  2. Consent. Healthy boundaries and consent are important to me and I want to make sure I respect those of other people as well. This regarding what can be expected to be received through our exchange, about the information you want to receive and which you don't, as well as the different ways in which we work together. As I evolve, so does my vision, and just like I do, we all evolve and move past certain stages or themes in our lives. Because of that, it’s important to me to provide structures that promote conscious decision-making regarding the use and exchange of our energy and what we consume/incorporate into our field.

  3. Integrity. Attention and dedication in how I communicate as well as how I operate and implement structures and systems within the company, whether it’s with clients, suppliers, investors or other entities. I will work carefully not to feed beliefs, ideas or behaviors that I consider do not contribute to the development of our consciousness and humanity. There will be permission to be “humans in progress” and to make mistakes, yet always with a humble ongoing commitment to review and update my own values and beliefs to serve to the best of my ability.

I am here to bring “win-win-win” dynamics to the world and collaborate in creating mutually flourishing systems, and I am honored that this is part of my purpose.

This is my revolution.
